Fitbit Charge 2 Fitness Tracker Review
The latest-generation FitBit wristband still has real-time activity and sleep tracking, plus movement reminders and alerts. But it also has bonus features, including “Cardio Fitness Level,” which allows you to gauge your overall fitness via VO2 Max, the maximum amount of oxygen your body can process. Simplified heart-rate zones (Fat Burn, Cardio and Peak) help you maximize workouts. Also new is “Relax,” which uses your real-time heart rate to guide you through personalized two- to five-minute breathing exercises when you are ready to simmer down.
